Mandy Ristic, president of OM Group, is excited about the future of the new coffee shops entering the Ann Arbor market. The South State location will be the group’s 49th Dunkin’ cafe and the second Ann Arbor location. Right across the street from the University of Michigan’s central campus, the new cafe is inside a beautiful historic building on the corner of Williams and South State.

OM Group also operates other franchises, including Baskin’ Robbins, Jimmy John’s, Qdoba, and Smoothie King. Ristic started her franchisee career early in 2000 and later joined as general manager at a Dunkin’ location operated by Shango Enterprises. She managed six units for MoTown Hospitality Group, another multi-unit Dunkin’ franchisee based in Chicago, with store locations in Detroit and other Michigan markets. In 2016, Ristic became Director of Operations at OM Group and oversaw 31 restaurants in Detroit and Cleveland.
