The incoming restaurant, Reservoir, will feature an Italian-inspired comfort food menu, including seafood and pizza. The menu will also have vegan and vegetarian options. According to the Sentinel article, Reservoir will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as late-night options.

Those familiar with the Grand Rapids food scene may be familiar with the new owners: wife-and-husband team Corina and Vasilios Sepsakos, who also owns Brick and Porter and Brickyard Tavern in Grand Rapids.

According to the Sentinel article, the Sepsakos signed the lease in March and aimed to open in late May. Ottawa Beach Inn closed in early 2022 and rebranded into Playa. The restaurant announced temporary closure last December, but ended up permanently shutting its doors along with a few other restaurants owned by the same hospitality group.
