Gajiza is known for its delectable array of dumplings and authentic Southeastern Asian cuisine. The menu features unique dim sums like the Cocomama Gyoza and Sweet Savory Pork Buns and various homemade entrees, as well as a flavorful brunch menu.

In 2019, Jasmine Haskins founded Gajiza Dumplins with her husband Denard Haskins, after her previous role as front-of-house manager for Johnny Noodle King. All 30 of the dumpling varieties were created by Haskins over the years, drawing inspiration from her Thailand-Laos heritage with a twist of Vietnamese and Cambodian flavors.

The East Warren restaurant will be Gajiza’s first brick-and-mortar location after providing preorders and catering services and operating as a pop-up kitchen for years. “The restaurant is excited to announce the opening of its first brick-and-mortar location on E. Warren in 2024, marking a significant milestone in our journey to serve the community,” the business stated on its website.

The owners were not available for comments at the time of this coverage.
