The 2,400 square-foot space sits in a center with a few other businesses, including a restaurant called Benny’s Family Dining and Skymint Ann Arbor Industrial Marijuana & Cannabis Dispensary. There are also a thrift store and a few other retail businesses in the center.

While leasing material indicated Songbird Cafe as the upcoming tenant, Song confirmed with What Now Detroit that this will not be another Songbird location. Song refused to share any more details regarding the upcoming business until it is closer to the anticipated opening timeframe.

Song is the owner of the beloved Songbird Baking Company and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
