Since its establishment in 2021, Meat Moot Smoking has quickly grown into 27 locations across 12 countries worldwide. The company is committed to providing each guest the experience of a king’s banquet where a feast of garnished meat is cooked following world-class recipes.

The Michigan franchisee, Hasah Musleh, is an experienced food industry veteran who already operates the Meat Moot location in Burbank, IL. “I wanted to bring smoked meat to Michigan. The smoked meat served is technically Middle Eastern style, but we want to make sure all people and ethnicities can enjoy what we bring,” Musleh told What Now Detroit over the phone.

Additionally, Musleh also mentioned that he is actively planning on opening second and third locations in Michigan in the next few years. “I love Meat Moot’s food, atmosphere, and concept,“ said Musleh. While there is no further information to be shared regarding future locations, Musleh’s passion for bringing good food to more people is sure to move him forward in no time.
