The upcoming business will occupy a 3,672-square-foot space in the center to build a full-service restaurant with a dining room and a standalone island bar in the center of the space. Plans submitted also indicate there will be 6 tables (24 seats) on a small patio on the front. The space was previously Social House bar and grill.

Incoming operator Steve Romaya is a seasoned food industry worker during the day. What Now Detroit reached out to Romaya for more details regarding the upcoming business but hadn’t heard back by the time of this coverage.

A few other eateries exist in the area, including Cold Stone Creamery, Japanese restaurant Sharaku, Liberty Sports Pub & Grill, and The Breakfast Club of Commerce on the other side of the street.
