The new Cooper’s Hawk will take over a 10,000 sqft building with 170 parking spaces. The restaurant will incorporate a dining area, a tasting room, and a retail storefront carrying “decanters, wine accessories, a proprietary gourmet food line and a selection of curated seasonal gifts,” according to the company’s website.
