After gaining overwhelming popularity in Detroit, Breadless is set to open its second location in Rochester Hills on Oct. 5th, 2023. The new store, located at 181 S. Livernois Rd., is directly across the street from Rochester High School and adds a nutritious, healthy, and delicious meal option to the neighborhood. Breadless is also in pursuit of a third location, according to co-founder Ryan Eli Salter.

With a mission to make healthy, low-carb and gluten-free meals accessible to everyone in every neighborhood, Breadless combines the nutrition of super greens and fine dining flavors into refreshing sandwiches, salads and bowls.

Opened in March 2022 by co-founders LaTresha Howland, Marc Howland and Ryan Eli Salter, the Flagship Breadless store in Detroit quickly wooed the crowd with its delicious and healthy meals. Since then, Breadless has become the new local favorite for all things gluten-free and keto-friendly.

The Rochester Hills location is larger than the Detroit store, with 2,117 square feet and 43 seats, offering dine-in, takeout, and to-go options. On the opening day, the Rochester Hills Breadless will offer various discounts, freebies, and sign-up bonuses. The first 25 customers who sign up to join Breadless’ rewards program will receive a free Breadless T-shirt, and the first 75 will receive a free agua fresca or brownie. Pins and koozies are given to the first 100 visitors.

Additionally, all guests visiting the Rochester Hills store on the opening day will receive a Breadless gift card for $5 off their first mobile app order. Guests can also sign up for the “Bread-Free VIP” subscription with three months free and continue at $9.95 per month afterward.

The Rochester Hills Breadless will open Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. The founders are also planning on hosting community events at the new location in the future.
